WordPress Introduction #34272 (5-Week Course)

Kara from Craveity Marketing will be teaching WordPress Introduction at Madison Area Technical College (MATC) during the Fall 2020 semester.

Learn how to create engaging written and visual content on WordPress.com, as well as manage blogs with tools offered by the WordPress content management system. With WordPress.org, you will apply advanced procedures for self-hosted blogging — including buying a domain, obtaining a web host and installing WordPress.org software. You also will investigate the benefits of self-hosting by customizing sites through the use of plug-ins, themes and custom site editing. Intermediate computer skills recommended. Students will provide or purchase inexpensive web hosting to fully participate in this class.

This is a 5-week course occurring every Tuesday at 6:00pm – 9:00pm CT
