Erin Bahadur

Erin is a health and wellness blogger and personal trainer living in Chicago. She began her blog, Erin’s Inside Job, after entering recovery from drugs and alcohol and finally finding a healthy balance of food, fitness, and overall heath. It’s her mission to help others find their own version of healthy by openly sharing her own journey and writing about topics such as mental heath, fitness, food, and more. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her dog Donut and her husband Neil.

Ashley Martens

Ashley Martens is a Health and Wellness Writer based in Chicago, IL. With a background in a digital marketing coupled with her knowledge of general nutrition and a lifelong passion for all things health, wellness, fitness and nutrition, Ashley offers a healthy alternative to traditional writing. Olivia Medrow

Olivia Medrow is a blogger based in Milwaukee, WI who enjoys writing about fashion, travel, and especially food. She provides lively writing and colorful photography as the Milwaukee writer for Female Foodie where she does extensive culinary research in order to find the best restaurants in the city. She also dives into other lifestyle-related topics on her own blog, Midwest Mermaid Olivia. In her free time, you’ll find her crafting, creating, and celebrating all holidays with reckless abandon.
